Product Safety Testing

BMI Defense Systems' goal is to provide the best equipment possible to enhance and safeguard the warfighter.

Product safety and performance are the two key factors that guide the development of all our products. Prior to the release of any new product, we perform an extensive battery of field trials and clinical tests and collect empirical data to ensure its safety, usefulness and reliability.

BMI Defense Systems tests a percentage of all systems to the point of failure throughout the production process as a standard procedure in our quality control program. In addition, independent evaluations have been performed at numerous facilities including IMMI/Center for Advanced Product Evaluation (CAPE) in Westfield, Indiana, MGA Research Corporation in Troy, Michigan, and National Automotive Testing Center (NATC) in Carson City, Nevada, which validates the safety of our product designs.

Our products are manufactured and tested in accordance with all applicable military standards and civilian safety regulations such as FMVSS 209 and 214. As well, we run an ISO Compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and use DCMA approved inspection tools and templates. For a full brief on the safety testing of any of our systems, please contact us.
